ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.Op.No.14000 of 2020, order dated 29.09.2020 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.14000 of 2020, on 29.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police station on the first week of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
