O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the Antipatti Police Station, Theni District instead of that Para No.6(c) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.Op.No.3963 of 2020, order dated 24.02.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner had complied with the condition only for three days i.e., from 3rd March 2020 to 5th March 2020 and thereafter, he has not been complied with the condition as directed by this Court. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant the relaxation to the petitioner.

5.With this observation, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
