Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of imprisonment passed against the petitioner in S.C.No.18 off 2017 dated 22.03.2018 passed by the Principal Sessions Court, Namakkal and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the above [CRL A.No.248 of 2018] IN CRL.M.P.NO.5809/2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.A.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.SURYA PRAKASH, Govt. Advocate, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and made an endorsement in the petition as follows:- "The Petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with a liberty to raise at a later point of time".

2. Recording the above said endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
