It is seen that the Petitioner, who is A party in C.C.No.620/2014 has filed quash Petition, in which 2nd and 3rd Respondents are B parties. The said quash Petition in Crl.OP.No.26599 of 2017 was admitted and thereafter, it has been kept pending for years. In the meanwhile, the Petitioner took notice to Respondent 2 & 3 on 31.03.2018, which was returned as addressee left on 02.04.2018. Affidavit of Service has also been filed and thereafter, the case has been kept pending, without any progress. In the mean while, finding that there is no representation for the Petitioner, who is appearing as party in person, this Court dismissed Crl.OP.No.26599 of 2017 on 06.12.2021. Against which, the present Petition has been filed. 2.Finding that in the Criminal Original Petition notice has not been served to private Respondents 2 & 3 and the matter needs some adjudication, this Court restore Crl.OP.No.26599 of 2017 on file. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to take notice on the private respondents. Learned 1/3
