The matter is listed under the caption for ''Being Mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, since the issue is pending before the Suit in O.S.No.133 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Anthiyur, the writ petition was withdrawn. However, it is the contention of the counsel for the petitioner since the writ petition was withdrawn, the Trial Court also insisted the petitioner to withdraw the Suit pending before it. Hence, he prays this Court to grant liberty in the withdrawn petition and prays for appropriate corrections in the order.
3. In view of the above, paragraph no.2 of the order dated 25.03.2026 shall be replaced as follows:
2. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to agitate the matter before the Civil Court in the pending Suit. 17.04.2026
