mmi 2.It appears that the petitioner has already made a claim before the learned Official Liquidator, who has been appointed as Provisional Liquidator.

3.In such view of the mater, the company petition stands closed, however, with a direction to the learned Official Liquidator to adjudicate the claim within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
