This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.103 of 2021 on the file of first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and final report is going to be filed before Judicial Magistrate II, Jeyamkondam.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage. If ultimately, final report is taken cognizance and summons is issued to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
