This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5362 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025.

2. This Court, by an order dated 27.02.2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, due to the petitioner's illness, he was unable to comply with the conditions. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time to execute the sureties.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.

3. Accordingly, the time to execute the sureties and to comply with the conditions imposed, is extended by a further period of two weeks finally from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
