ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the directing the respondent to issue Non-Traceable Certificate in respect of the missing Original Sale Deed in Document No.4051 of 1999 dated 16.09.1999 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Virugambakkam in accordance with the Circular memorandum in RC.No.2029209/General 1 (1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022 issued by the Office of the Director General of Police/Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu Chennai pursuant to the complaint/representation dated 30.05.2026 and pass 2.Heard Mr.M.Rajasekaran and Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu, (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. Perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by

the petitioner dated 30.05.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
