O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.5428 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12445 of 2020 dated 14.09.2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5428 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12445 of 2020 dated 14.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
