Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition to appear before the Respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.13721 of 2020 order dated 11.09.2020, passed by this Court.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.13721 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020 until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13721 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
