This petition has been filed to relax the condition that, "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, dated 13.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.7717 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9006 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that final report has been filed and it is taken on file in P.R.C.No.14 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
