ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein, viz., the Inspector of Police, Attur, Salem District to conduct enquiry in CSR No.619 of 2016 dated 15.09.2016 and provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and petitioner peaceful possession of the petitioner property bearing survey number 101/18 to the extent of 75 cents which is situated in Mangini Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police are conducting enquiry in CSR No.619 of 2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, the respondent police are directed to call both the parties for enquiry in CSR No.619 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law.
