This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 249 days in filling the above S.A.SR.No. 86588 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant, and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material available in the record.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that, due to a lack of communication, the appellant was unable to file an appeal in time. Before the trial court, she filed a suit for damages against the respondents, who refused to maintain her and her minor daughter. During the pending proceedings, the minor daughter also passed away.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, the above S.A.SR.No.86588 of 2024 is condoned. 1\2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
