Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condition c) the petitioners on their release from prison shall stay at Vellore and report before the respondent police station every day at 10.30 am, and 5.30 pm, until further orders. The petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.17420 of 2020, dated 06.11.2020.

C O M M O N O R D E R (The case has been heard through video conference) This petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in dated 06.11.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.17463 & 17420 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition. 4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.Nos.17420 & 17463 of 2020, on 06.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
