Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relevant to the order in A5/M.C.10/2013 dated 25.04.2013 passed by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary and against the rule of law.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to call for the records relevant to the order in A5/M.C.10/2013 dated 25.04.2013 passed by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary and against the rule of law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that in respect of harvesting of the sugarcane, the issues between the petitioner and the sixth respondent are resolved. Thus, the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition, has become vanished. However, in respect of the disputes in relation to title, ownership and other civil disputes, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court.

3. With the above observation, this Writ Petition shall stand closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
