ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the Page No.1 of 4
condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.446 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1329 of 2024 in para 3 on 20.01.2025, thereby, directing the petitioner to stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore North Police Station at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.A.No.1329 of 2024 on 20.11.2024, this Court had directed the petitioner stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore Town Police Station at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday until further orders. Subsequently, the condition was modified by this Court in in Crl.M.P.No.446 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1329 of 2024 on 20.01.2025 directing the petitioner to stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore North Police Station at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday until further orders. To relax the said condition, the petitioner filed the present petition.
4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the final report is also filed in this case. Page No.2 of 4
5. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
