This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12441 of 2023 dated 07.06.2023 shall report before the Respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
