Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner and his associates in the above residence until they will lawfully evicted and directing the respondents to take lawful action, against the complaints dated 4.12.2009, 31.12.2009, 3.1.2010, 4.1.2010, 9.1.2010, 16.1.2010 for the violation of Human Right and the unconstitutional activities done by the Kattapanjayat persons and directing the 1st respondent to pay a sum of rupees two lakhs as an interim relief for the petitioner and to pay a sum of rupees ten lakhs as a compensation to the irreparable loss and mental agony of the petitioner.

ORDER

When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 04.06.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted next week under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
