This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.12417 of 2023 on 06.06.2023 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Esplanade Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on alternate days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
