O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on his release from prison shall stay at Erode and report before the Erode Town Police station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall not visit or talk to the defacto complainant and he shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police in Crl.O.P.No.15439 of 2020 dated 09.10.2020 until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15439 of 2020 dated 09.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
