O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.Op.No.14299 of 2020, order dated 14.09.2020 that the petitioners shall stay at Thiruvannamalai and report before the Inspector of police, Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioners shall not enter into the jurisdiction limits of the respondent police until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.14299 of 2020, on 14.09.2020 is modified to the effect that petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police station on the first day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
