ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Senthil Kumaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the respondents.

2. The writ petition is filed by a Trust for removal of encroachment, and after removal of encroachment, to allot the lands to a certain class of people. However, the aims and objects of the Trust are otherwise.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Trust would withdraw the writ petition and an appropriate person would file the writ petition.

4. The writ petition as such is disposed of as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.27564, 27565 and 32768 of 2023 are closed.
