ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to issue patta in name of Petitioner by considering the online Application No. 2024/0105/18/391039 dated 12.06.2024 by conducting surveying and demarcate the Petitioners property comprised in Survey No. 45/13A as per UDR 45/13A1A measuring an extent of 5 cents situated at Boothankudi Village, Chidambaram Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner submitted an application on 12.06.2024 with a request to survey the petitioner's property and issuance of patta, which is pending without consideration.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the 2/4

respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 12.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
