(CRIME NO.82 OF 2020) Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to [i] relax the conditional order "(b) the petitioner shall stay at Pondicherry and report before the D.Nagar Police Station, Pondicherry daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m, until further orders"., dated 07.09.2020 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4709 of 2020 in CRL.OP.NO.10524 of 2020 [IN CRL.MP.NO.8015 OF 2020 IN CRL.OP.NO.10524 OF 2020] [ii] relax the conditional order "(b) the petitioner shall stay at Pondicherry and report before the D.Nagar Police Station, Pondicherry daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m, until further orders"., dated 29.10.2020 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14472 of 2020 [IN CRL.MP.NO.8016 OF 2020 IN CRL.OP.NO.14472 OF 2020]

[iii] relax the conditional order "(b) the petitioner shall stay at Pondicherry and report before the D.Nagar Police Station, Pondicherry daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m, until further orders"., dated 29.10.2020 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14440 of 2020 [IN CRL.MP.NO.8018 OF 2020 IN CRL.OP.NO.14440 OF 2020] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.VIVEKANANTHAN, Advocate [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] for the petitioner, and of MR. D. BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR (PUDUCHERRY) [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Earlier, this Court had imposed certain conditions on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.10524, 14440 and 14472 of 2020, dated 07.09.2020 and 29.10.2020 respectively.

However, the petitioner was arrested in another crime number and therefore, she has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court, for which, this Court by an order dated 17.12.2020, suspended the said conditions for a period of eight weeks and further directed that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdiction limits of Karaikal, until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender, as evident from the above submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.10524, 14440 and 14472 of 2020, dated 07.09.2020 and 29.10.2020. These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. Further, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, cum Additional District Munsif Court, Karaikal, daily at 05.30 p.m., until further orders. -sd/- 07/04/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
