Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue an appointment order to the petitioner pursuant to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A5/222/2017 dated 14.03.2018 with all attendant benefits. ORDER

Heard the submissions of Mr.K.C.Karl Marx, learned counsel for the petitioner who would submit that the petitioner having received the order of appointment, which is the subject matter of this writ petition and in the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Considering the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner which is also fortified by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, who has handed over the copy of the order passed in this regard indicating the appointment of the petitioner and in the light of the said developments, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
