O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order dated 10 October 2011 in Arbitration O.P.No.183 of 2009 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore, giving liberty to the petitioner to move the Court for appropriate relief relating to Arbitration of the pending dispute with the petitioner in the present revision petition.

2. When the Civil Revision Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a Memo indicating that during the currency of the revision petition, the Hon'ble Chief Justice, by order dated 28 April 2015 in O.P.No.71 of 2014 appointed Arbitrator to resolve the dispute.

3. In view of the subsequent events relating to the order dated 28 April 2015 in O.P.71 of 2014, nothing survives for adjudication in the civil revision petition.

4. The civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous on account of the subsequent events. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
