ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the suspension order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1665/2023/R.V.1, dated 17.06.2023 and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the post of Supervisor.

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that the petitioner was suspended from the service vide the impugned order without giving any notice and opportunity of hearing. Challenging the same, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

4. At the outset, this Court is unable to comprehend how this writ petition is maintainable. The main contention of the writ petitioner is that without giving any opportunity, the impugned suspension order is passed. This Court is at loss to understand such submissions. Any how, he is already in suspension and there are certain allegations, it is for the respondents to proceed the departmental proceedings within the period of three months and they cannot delay the proceedings.

5. Such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to conclude the 2/4

proceedings, if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
