Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to disburse the petitioner's original certificates that were submitted before the 2nd and 3rd respondents at the time of admission.

It is also submitted that the petitioners have returned all their certificates to the respondents 1 and 3. He has also filed counter affidavits to that effect in W.P.Nos.25436, 23839 to 23845, 23862 and 23792 of 2016.
