records of the fourth respondent vide V-15014/Sub/Major-04/DD/2015 his order dated 02.07.2015 and the same upheld by the third respondent vide No.V-15016/CISF/A-07/DAE/DISC/2015/4844, dated 31.08.2015, and the second respondent rejected the revision vide V-15017/CISF/P/DD/sub/20162060, dated 23.03.2016, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner.

ORDER
Despite the name of the petitioner being printed in the Cause List, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through his counsel. Even on the previous dates of hearing viz., 25.09.2025 and 09.10.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2. In view of the above, since the petitioner did not choose to appear despite the matter being listed on the above mentioned dates, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, for nonprosecution. No costs. 16.10.2025 NCC :
