O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to register and return the sale deed dated 11.05.2018 to the petitioner without insisting upon No Objection Certificate from the Wakf Board.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.T.M.Pappiah, the learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents, submitted that the petitioner may be directed to re-submit the sale deed with all required documents and the same would be considered by the respondents.

3. The said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is hereby recorded and the petitioner is directed to re-submit the sale deed with all necessary documents to enable the respondents to pass appropriate orders. On such submission being made, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
