ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.132 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and that the final report will be filed before the concerned Court, within a period of four weeks. 3.Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file the final report before the concerned Court, within a period of four weeks.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
