ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the lands measuring an extent of 6 cents comprised in survey Nos.295/2, Ninnakarnai village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Chengalpattu District pursuant to the recommendation of the 2nd respondent / District Revenue Officer dated 21.09.2018 in Na.Ka. 13351/2018 No.4 on the online application of the petitioner in Application No.2017/0103/ 03/ 056810 dated 23.10.2017
2. The petitioner submitted an application on 23.10.2017 with a request for surveying the property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case and directs the third respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 23.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
