O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16797 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16797 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020. is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
