ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 02.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17624 of 2022, thereby directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioners as B.T. Assistant (Science), with effect from 10.02.2016, with all consequential monetary benefits. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent passed order dated 24.08.2024, thereby approved the appointment of the petitioners as B.T. Assistant (Science), with effect from 10.02.2016. She also produced a copy of the order dated 24.08.2024 passed by the second respondent before this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no monetary benefit has been given to the petitioner.

Considering the above submission, the respondents are directed to disburse the monetary befits to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
