For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 13.06.2023 passed in W.P.No.12882 of 2023, the contempt petition is filed.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has stated that, the order of this Court dated 13.06.2023 passed in W.P.No.12882 of 2023 has been complied with. In support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the District Collector, in Na.Ka.No.1672/2020/C2, dated 30.07.2024 stating that after receipt of the appeal filed by the petitioner, notice was issued by the respondent/contemnor for personal appearance of the petitioner on 14.08.2024.

3. In view of the above said proceedings issued by the respondent, it appears that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed.
