This petition has been filed to call for the records in M.C.No.14/2012 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudalur filed by the respondent under Section 12 of the Protection of Women Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (43) of 2005 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has produced an order dated 30.11.2016 passed in M.C.No.21 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pandalur, which reads as follows: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"Petitioner and R1 present. R2 and R3 absent. Petition u/s.317 Crpc filed and allowed memo filed by the petition to withdraw the petition. Petition examined as witness and perused the materials alongwith memo are satisfied. The petitioner and respondent No.1, are settled the matter out of Court and this petition is dismissed as withdrawn."
