2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to recover the arrears amount from the respondent in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
