O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.Op.No.17631 of 2020, order dated 09.11.2020 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Esplanade Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m, and the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictation limits of the respondent police, until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.Op.No.17631 of 2020, on 09.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police station on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
