When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.29936 of 2022, this Court imposed a condition that the petitioner shall execute two blood sureties. Petitioner is not able to get blood surety. He further submitted that, instead of seeking modification of the said condition, prayer was made for modifying the condition no.7(b).

2. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition seeking appropriate relief.
