O R D E R The petition has been filed to to modify the condition imposed requiring the petitioner to deposit Rs.9,90,000/- in Crl.O.P.No.15841 of 2025 dated 02.05.2025 and either waive the said condition or reduce it to a reasonable amount consider the petitioner's financial circumstances.

smn/gv was committed by the other accused persons and the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged offence. Since he was the Manager of the Finance, no amount has been transferred to the credit of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above fact, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(c) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.15841 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025 stands deleted. The petitioner is granted time till 25.07.2025 for executing the sureties. Except the above said modification, other conditions in the said order remains intact.
