This petition has been filed seeking to substitute the proposed petitioners, as petitioners No.2, 3 and 4, since the writ petitioner had unfortunately died.

3.Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title, affidavit and writ petition and any other place, indicating that the writ petitioner had died and bringing on record the proposed petitioners as petitioners No. 2, 3 and 4.
