ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to pay the subsistence allowance to the Petitioner for the suspended period from 01.10.2017 to 01.02.2020 by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2020. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition, stating that the Respondent has paid the subsistence allowance to the Petitioner. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for consideration. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
