Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to release forthwith the petitioner son Viz., Vasudevan aged about 22 years, kept under Judicial Custody in the first respondent jail in relation to the FIR in Cr.No.66 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent herein, on parole (leave) for two days i.e., on 12.07.2023 and 13.07.2023 enabling the aforesaid petitioner's son to attend his MBA final year Project viva voice examinations at his college namely Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering and Technology, ECR, Mamallapuram, Chennai on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2023.
