ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16798 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020 directing directed to stay at Chennai and report before the Esplanade Police Station, daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders, the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limit of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16798 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first day of every month at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
