The above applications have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 260 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole defendant (ii) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole defendant and (iii) to implead the proposed parties as legal heirs of the deceased defendant respectively.

Heard both sides. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit. The applications are allowed.
