ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12858 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner by order dated 25.04.2023, had directed the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore District and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum. He would further submit that due to health condition, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties and comply the condition in time. Thereby, they seek for extension of time. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is extended for a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to surrender and to execute the sureties, as

ordered by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled, without any further extension. The other conditions shall remain intact.
