Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner herein and others on 08.01.2019 before the District Revenue Officer, Kancheepuram District and since transferred to the file of the first respondent herein due to the bifurcation of the Kancheepuram District and creation of the Chengalpattu District as per G.O.(Ms).No.429, R&D.M. Department & R.A.W. (RA1(1)

Section, dated 12.11.2019 and numbered as Revision Na.Ka.No.1310/2019/B4, that was filed as against the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, made in Rc.No.4070/2016-B2, dated 14.04.2018 and the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chengalpattu and made in Na.Ka.No.2998/2018/B3, dated 14.12.2018 with respect to the property comprised in S.No.25/4A to an extent of 0.82.0 are Thiruvidanthai Mathura Kundrakadu Village, Thiruporur Taluk, now Chengalpattu District.

ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the writ petitioner on 08.01.2019 before the District Revenue Officer, Chengalpattu District. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent, based on the instructions by the first respondent, made a submission that the enquiry process has already been concluded and the authority may pass orders at any time.

3.In view of the fact that enquiry has already been concluded, the first respondent is directed to pass final orders as expeditiously as possible. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
