] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 142 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the Judgment dated 16.11.2023 made in SC No.153/2018 on the file of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
