(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Chengalpattu town police station every day at 10.30 am., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.14158 of 2020, dated 11.09.2020 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.14158 of 2020, on 11.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police station on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
